How to train the chatbot using the knowledge base

Locate Your Chatbots

Locate your chatbots in the My Chatbots section.

Select your bot

Upload Knowledge Base

You'll automatically be taken to the Knowledge Base tab.

Here, simply click the document type you want to upload to proceed. The uploaded file cannot be more than 10 MB.

With Text Content, simply copy the text content from the source and paste it in the box

YouTube URL Upload Method

With YouTube links, navigate to the video, click ‘share’ copy the link and paste it here. Once you’ve uploaded the document or pasted the link, click the ‘add’ button to proceed.

Sync to the Chatbot

With websites, you can choose which pages you want to upload. Click the pages you want to sync and click the button on the top right. The site will send you an email once complete.

Once you’ve uploaded the PDF, Excel, CSV, DOC, Text, Video, or Audio, Select how much you want to sync to the chatbot.

And that’s it. Your chatbot is equipped with your knowledge base, ready to answer any queries visitors have when they come to your site.
