Welcome to Build Chatbot! ( A Product of Zaigo Infotech ) These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI chatbot (referred to as "Chatbot"). By accessing or using the Chatbot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Chatbot.

1. Provision of service and grant of license

1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Build Chatbot grants to the Client a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to a license to use the Service. By means of this Service, the Client will access to a subscription of Build Chatbot that will allow to:

  • Create chatbots for different channels, like Web, Whatsapp, API and Facebook Messenger, with a no-code chatbot builder.
  • Manage all customer data collected by the chatbots, analyze and export the performance metrics according to the data collected.
  • Control conversations with end users as live agents from the Chats section.
  • Manage all integrations from the Integrations section.

1.2. Build Chatbot offers the Client 4 types of subscriptions to the Service:

  • Essential
  • Prime
  • PowerPack
  • Enterprise

1.3. Build Chatbot reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time and without prior notice the design, presentation, and configuration, as well as some or all of the functionalities of its platform, and/or to add new functionalities.

2. Intellectual Property

  • 2.1. All content and materials provided by the Chatbot are owned by Build Chatbot and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • 2.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Chatbot's content without our explicit permission.

3. User Consent

  • 3.1. By interacting with the Chatbot, you grant Build Chatbot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyze the data for improving the Chatbot's functionality.
  • 3.2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or information you provide to the Chatbot.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 5.1. The Chatbot is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
  • 5.2. We further disclaim all warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or benefits of any Services, artificial intelligence, Models or any other technology or Content, or that the Services or Content will meet your requirements, be secure, uninterrupted or available at any time or location, or error-free, viruses-free, or that any errors will be corrected, or otherwise.
  • 5.3. You will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from your use of or access to the Services, your downloading of Content or data, or use of any other material provided by or through the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 6.1. Build Chatbot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Chatbot.
  • 6.2. Build Chatbot does not assume responsibility for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect the Chatbot's availability or performance.

7. Use of the Chatbot

  • 7.1. The Chatbot is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice or recommendations.
  • 7.2. You must be at least [18+] years old to use the Chatbot. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained parental consent.
  • 7.3. You may not use the Chatbot for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • 8.1. Build Chatbot reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting.

9. Termination

  • 9.1. You may decide to cancel your Account whenever you want, at your sole discretion.
  • 9.2.We may do the same, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services anytime with or without cause, and at our own discretion, with or without notice.
  • 9.3. Upon cancellation of your Account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete your information and Content of your own Repositories, whether public or private, within 90 days. We will not delete the Content that you contributed to other Users' Repositories or copies made by us or other Users.
  • 9.4. Build Chatbot may suspend or terminate your access to the Chatbot at its discretion, with or without cause.

By using the Build Chatbot AI Chatbot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Chatbot.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • 1.1. Customers may cancel their subscription to Build Chatbot at any time.
  • 1.2. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted service until that time.
  • 1.3. To cancel, customers must notify us via the designated cancellation procedure on our platform.

11. Refund Policy

  • 2.1. No-Refund Policy: Build Chatbot operates on a no-refund policy due to the intangible, immediately accessible nature of our digital product and services.
  • 2.2. Informed Purchase Decisions: We encourage users to review our detailed online resources, including documentation, demos, and free trials (if available), before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.
  • 2.3. Customer Support and Feedback: For any challenges or suggestions, users are encouraged to contact our dedicated support team at [email protected]. We value user feedback for continuous improvement of our platform.

12. Data Collection and Management

  • 3.1. Build Chatbot collects user data such as interaction logs and personal information for service improvement.
  • 3.2. All data is handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • 3.3. Users have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data upon request.

13. Price Change

  • 4.1. Build Chatbot reserves the right to modify subscription prices.
  • 4.2. Any price changes will be communicated to existing customers at least 30 days in advance.
  • 4.3. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

14. Upgrade / Downgrade Possibilities

  • 5.1. Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time.
  • 5.2. Upgrades will be effective immediately, with the difference in plan costs prorated for the current billing cycle.
  • 5.3. Downgrades will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
